Customer Relationship Termination Notice

Dear Clients of Remsea,

Remsea has conducted a review of our client accounts and will be implementing additional checks and reviews for the use of our services.

In addition to the enhancement of information required for the continued service, Remsea will be embarking on a revamp and will disengage clients under the following criteria.
1. Inactive business activity for the last 6 months
2. Does not meet the requirement for the new onboarding procedure
3. Clients who failed the continuation criteria determined by Remsea

A message will be delivered to disengaged customers via earlier communicated channels.

For clients who would like to continue our business relations, we kindly request that you contact our representative at cs@remsea.com for a review of your account.

The review of the business relations will be valid from now till 31 Jan 2024. For clients who do not contact Remsea during the notice period, new onboarding will be required for future engagement of our services.
