Remsea began in 2018 with a vision to simplify the cross-border money transfer and payments experience, with focuses on solving the fintech infrastructure and forex liquidity challenges posed among the Southeast Asia region.
While ASEAN has enjoyed high growth in recent years, most of the currencies are still tightly controlled with a large forex spread. This erodes the values of both senders and recipients upon any cross-border transactions made.
Founded by team of fintech veterans, Remsea has continued to improve on the current infrastructures and networks within ASEAN, with only one thing in mind, i.e. to offer the cheapest possible forex rates to our consumer and business clients, while giving them a seemingly effortless experience to effect such transactions. We made this possible through our proprietary built-in algorithmic platform.
With Southeast Asia becoming one of the top economic blocs, Remsea seeks to facilitate trades and money transfers between Southeast Asian businesses and end-consumers with the rest of the World, while preserving their transaction values.
