Why wasn’t my payment detected?

If your Remsea payment wasn't detected, there could be two potential reasons:

• The Digital Currency was sent using the incorrect network. Use the following networks:
  • USDT: Tron Network or Ethereum Network
  • USDC: Ethereum Network
• The payment was made 24 hours after the payment form was created.
